The 13 ½" height in the kiln chamber permits tall slumping and drop mold projects. An AF-3 controller with 4 ramp schedules and 8 sequences each provides the precision and versatility required for firing projects. Standard features include a 2" x 5" window in wall for easy project viewing and peepholes with flappers negating plugs that fall out and break. Kiln bottom is separate from the body for easy damage replacement. The element in the lid is snapped in a groove so it can't fall out. Maximum temperature 1800°. Kiln comes with 5" stand. Elements in the top and sides insures even firings. Shipped via truck. OPTIONS: 19" high angle iron frame for easier access, vent systems with stand.
