The BT911T (manual) and ET911 (automatic) are hexagonal kilns having an inside area of 0.55 cubic ft. Their inside dimensions are 11" hex wide by 9" deep. Brick thickness is 3". These kilns run on 115 volts, 15 amps - regular household current.

These kilns use one variable temperature kiln switch and a Dawson Kiln Sitter with Limit Timer to shut off the kiln when the desired temperature is reached. They use small pyrometric cones. . The automatic kiln uses a ramping switch to control the temperature stages. These kilns will fire up to 2250° F cone 6.

These kilns include an extra strong locking lid brace and hinge, stand, instruction manual, peephole plugs and two position lid venting prop. These kilns are good for a wide variety of uses, including ceramics, porcelain, stoneware, glass, etc. This kiln uses the Three year factory warranty.
